Iron Tech Problems!
Someone's having a little Tech problem. This is a light-hearted sketch of Tony Stark having some problems with his Iron Man armour. Just a little bit of fun with the dip pen and ink.

The Amazing Spider-Boy!
The Amazing Spider-Boy swings again! Ages ago, Marvel Comics did a bunch of mini-series based in Marvel's own Manga-verse. Marvel's Manga-verse was basically Marvel characters done in a Japanese Manga style. One of my favourite Marvel Manga-verse characters was Spider-Man, but this was mainly because of the artistic force behind it. Kaare Andrews did the first Manga-verse Spider-Man story, then Skottie Young followed it with two more stories. Who could not love Spider-Boy after reading three stories by those guys?!?

Ultimate Iron Man Flies Again!
Every now and again, I like to revisit old doodles I'v done and recolour them in. This time, I've decided to re-do my old Ultimate Iron Man doodle. Gave the armour a new lick of paint and used a new photo of New York for the background. I'm quite with how the background looks, makes it looks like old Shell Head is flying high above old NY.

The Technology Goddess!
The Technology Goddess! This is a commission I did for Northampton University a while ago. Basically, I was contacted by the Uni to come up with an image that shows all the different devices you can use in the library. After sketching up a few ideas of different people researching in different ways, I had a brainwave (doesn't happen very often) and decided to have one person holding onto all the devices in a Hindu Goddess way. So the ways of technology and the ways of the spiritual meet.
I was quite pleased with the way this doodle turned out and, more importantly, so was Northampton University.
With Apple being the fashionable gadget to use these days, I decided to use quite a few of them for this doodle. Sadly, I didn't get a back hand from Apple for this. Oh well, maybe next time.

Space Boys!
This is a commission I did for my cousin. He asked me to draw a doodle for his nephews' first Birthday. That's the kinda thing you can't really say no to. However, with his nephews being twins, it allowed me to have some fun with the doodle. With them both loving Space stuff, the idea of making them little Space Boys was an easy one. Also, rocket packs are cool, admit it, when we were kids, we all wanted rocket packs.
A fun little idea I did with the doodle was so you could view it upside down and it would still appear the right way up. So if you flip the doodle, it still would be right way up. This way no twin is the favourite twin.

How To Do A Standing Squat!
A doodle of 'How To Do A Standing Squat.' Just have to put the key points on and it's ready to go in my Exercise Note Book project. That blue thing she's holding is a Medicine Ball, by the way.
You get points if you can tell me why is a Medicine Ball called a Medicine Ball?

Chris Bullet Revisited: The Mad Bomber
Another Chris Bullet character revisited, this one here is known as The Mad Bomber. Now, next to Gray, The Mad Bomber has the biggest revamp, for one, he's no longer mad. The Mad Bomber is now a Demolition Expert, he's now a Boom-for-Hire. Another big change I've made to him is his jacket. Before it was merely a fashion accessory or something to wear when he's cold. Now, it's a converted Bomb Vest, just in case any of his "little projects" backfire on him. Making him a smoker was a fun little touch on my part. I just thought it would be a bit of fun to have someone who works with high dangerous explosives while smoking. Health and Safety would have a heart attack.

The Umbrella Academy's SpaceBoy
I'm a big fan of the Dark Horse Comic, The Umbrella Academy. I just love the off-the-wall stories and even crazier characters. For example, this is one of the hero right here, Agent 00.01 or SpaceBoy. During an accident, Agent 00.01 had his entire body destroyed, the only way to save him was to graft his head to a gorilla's body. Thus, SpaceBoy was born.
His massive gorilla body and Kirby styled Ray Gun allowed me to have great fun doodling him.

The Iron Spider-Boy!
The Iron Spider-Boy! Basically it's a recoloured version of my old Black Costume Spider-Boy doodle. Although, I think the red and gold colours work better than the black and white.

Wolverine!
Before the movies, Marvel Comics' Wolverine wasn't the six foot two, good looking powerhouse that Hugh Jackman is. In fact, he wa a five foot five, ugly, angry brawler that would have no chance getting with any woman, let alone Jean Grey, and that's how I like to draw him. Hence why I like to go for the super-deformed, Bruce Timm look for old Logan here. Massive arms, huger upper body, but tiny, tiny little legs.
Oh yeah, and huge, ridiculous claws. You've got to have huge, ridiculous claws when doodling Wolverine.

Wonder Girl
A light-hearted take on DC Comics' Wonder Woman character. I enjoyed playing around with this picture. I decided to changed Wonder Woman's hair to brown instead of black. With Wonder Woman holding her hair in a couple of bunches, I thought it might get a bit confusing. The baggy jeans are just there for a bit of fun.
Your comments and opinions are always welcome! Thank you.
Chris Bullet Revisited: Gray
During my days at Secondary School, I came up with an idea for a comic called Chris Bullet. I managed to crank out four issues, which for me, is incredible. I've always had a soft spot in my heart for my little comic creation and the characters in it. Well, that's because half the characters in Chris Bullet are based on people I knew from Secondary School. So, while I was in Hong Kong, listening to the music of Hideki Nagamuna and being highly influenced by the city, I decided to redesign and revamp all of my old Chris Bullet characters. Here's the first revamp for the character known as Gray. Gray is Bullet's main rival and enemy, he's the Yang to Bullet's Yin. He also a total psycho as well. During his redesign, I wanted to make him highly dangerous and unstable, so I decided to make him a total 'Roid head, hence the Hulk like arms and sparrow legs. How psycho is Gray? Well, he brings a knife to a gun fight. |

Go, Green Ranger! Go!
"Rise, My Evil Green Ranger. Rise!"Anyone who watched the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers as a kid knows that the Green Ranger was the most bad-ass out of all of them. So I decided to do a doodle of the Green Ranger himself.
I decided to do the Green Ranger in a different way, a very stylized way. His Dragon Shield is much sharper and his costume has been made much more simple. And yes, Tommy's hair is way longer in this image that it ever was.
The art style behind this Green Ranger image was influenced from the anime, "Casshern Sins."
I think it works quite well, what are your thoughts?
